  Going to describe customer service I received at this ATT location in Hollywood.
  After we signed in , we sat on a bench and my husband was trying unsuccessfully connect to Internet. He got up and was trying to ask a man at the front desk. The man said: I am in a middle of something, please take your seat. And shook his head in dissaproval. The same treatment he gave another customer shortly after.
  
  Then a woman named Kathy when I asked her a legitimate question said she doesn't know anything about unlocking phone and was increasingly rude with is through the rest of conversation.
  To summarize/ bad impression, angry employees = bad management and training
